Elena Zamagni, MD, PhD, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy, emphasizes the need to educate community hematologists on managing and preventing toxicity associated with BCMA- and GPRC5D-targeted therapies in myeloma treatment to ensure safe use in non-academic and community centers.
