IMS 2026 | Real-world insights into the use of belantamab mafodotin-based comboinations in R/R MM

Elena Zamagni, MD, PhD, University of Bologna, Bologna, Italy, discusses the real-world use of belantamab mafodotin-based combinations in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma (R/R MM), noting that physicians select combinations with bortezomib and pomalidomide equally often. Dr Zamagni highlights that the bortezomib combination is being used in daratumumab-refractory patients, and also shows promise as an option for elderly and frail patients. This interview took place at the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting in Glasgow, UK.
