IMS 2026 | Evaluating the reliability of isatuximab OBI: pooled safety analysis from IRAKLIA, IZALCO & TCD15484
Xavier Leleu, MD, PhD, Poitiers University Hospital, Poitiers, France, discusses the results of a pooled safety analysis across three trials, IRAKLIA (NCT05405166), IZALCO (NCT05704049), and TCD15484 (NCT04045795), which evaluated the reliability of an on-body injector (OBI) for subcutaneous drug administration in multiple myeloma. Prof. Leleu highlights that the analysis showed the OBI to be a trustworthy device with a favorable safety profile, even with long-term exposure, and notes that patients tend to like the device, which also offers an automated and ecologically responsible solution. This interview took place at the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting in Glasgow, UK.
