Xavier Leleu, MD, PhD, Poitiers University Hospital, Poitiers, France, discusses the potential role of the isatuximab subcutaneous formulation with an on-body injector (OBI) in expanding treatment beyond hospital-based settings. He highlights Phase II experience showing that the device can be implemented across academic and community centers with appropriate physician and nurse training, and discusses its potential to facilitate home-based treatment.
