In this video, Xavier Leleu, MD, PhD, Poitiers University Hospital, Poitiers, France, discusses the 48-month analysis of the BENEFIT study (NCT04751877), a trial which compared isatuximab plus bortezomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (Isa-VRd) to Isa-Rd in transplant-ineligible newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. Prof. Leleu highlights that the early positive impact of the Isa-VRd regimen on measurable residual disease (MRD) translated into long-term survival benefit. This interview took place at the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting in Glasgow, UK.
