SOHO 2026 | Evaluating pirtobrutinib for patients with R/R MZL exposed to BTKis: BRUIN cohort data

Krish Patel, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, Nashville, TN, discusses cohort data from the BRUIN trial (NCT03740529), evaluating pirtobrutinib activity in relapsed/refractory marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). Dr Patel highlights that the strength of the BRUIN data lies in its focus on MZL, making it the strongest data available for patients with prior exposure to covalent BTK inhibitor (BTKi) therapy. This interview took place at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026) in Houston, TX.
