Krish Patel, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, Nashville, TN, discusses cohort data from the BRUIN trial (NCT03740529), evaluating pirtobrutinib activity in relapsed/refractory marginal zone lymphoma (MZL). Dr Patel highlights that the strength of the BRUIN data lies in its focus on MZL, making it the strongest data available for patients with prior exposure to covalent BTK inhibitor (BTKi) therapy.
