Krish Patel, MD, Sarah Cannon Research Institute, Nashville, TN, highlights impressive response rate data from the ZUMA-14 trial (NCT04002401), which evaluated axicabtagene ciloleucel (axi-cel) plus rituximab in large B-cell lymphoma (LBCL). Dr Patel notes that this trial paved the way for exploring dual-targeting CD19-CD20 CAR T-cell therapy, which has shown impressive data in randomized trials compared with monospecific CAR T-cells. This interview took place at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026) in Houston, TX.
