In this video, Patrick Blaney, MS, Perlmutter Cancer Center, NYU Langone Health, New York, NY, highlights a study which aims to analyze the genomic profile of Hispanic or Latin American patients with multiple myeloma (MM) to see if there are characteristics that can be related to the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) of these patients. Using data from the MMRF CoMMpass study (NCT01454297), Mr Blaney discusses the preliminary results obtained, and the benefit of comparing these findings to other populations.
