Zinaida Good, PhD, Stanford University, Stanford, CA, discusses research which used lineage tracing of CAR-T cells to investigate clonal expansion in patients with B-cell malignancies. Dr Good further highlights the value of lineage tracing and how this tool may allow clinicians and researchers to better understand and engineer CAR-T cells. This interview took place at the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2023 in Orlando, FL.
