SOHO 2026 | Sequencing CAR-T, bispecifics, & ADCs in myeloma: how is the paradigm changing?
Roberto Mina, MD, Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, Atlanta, GA, comments on the sequencing of CAR-T, bispecific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for treating multiple myeloma. Dr Mina notes that real-world data suggest that using CAR-T cell therapy after bispecific antibodies or ADCs may reduce efficacy, advising that CAR-T cell therapy be considered before bispecific antibodies or ADCs in eligible patients. This interview took place at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026) in Houston, TX.
