Akriti Jain, MD, Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH, shares insights into a Phase Ib/II trial of azacitidine, venetoclax, and ivosidenib in IDH1-mutated acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Dr Jain highlights high overall and composite response rates, exceeding those reported in previous studies, including the VIALE-A study (NCT02993523), and emphasizes that these outcomes may help to improve patient eligibility for transplant. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
