You know that the SEER analysis, we have the largest database in history, where we have a lot of patients, where we can predict how they are going to do, what is their overall survival. So what we did here, we actually divided the survival analysis into multiple segments: pre-novel era, novel era, and then, you know, modern era, and then we’re trying to predict who are the people who have done really good in terms of survival...

What is striking number one, is that we are improving the survival in multiple myeloma after 2015, so that’s something very exciting. But what we’re also learning is that those who pass their three-year timeline, their mortality is not because of multiple myeloma, that is happening because of cardiovascular and infectious diseases, so the way people are living longer, they have a different type of complexities and different types of medical problems that we are seeing. So I think this data does tell us that we really need to have a robust survivorship program for those patients who are living longer with multiple myeloma.
