He highlights the identification of expanding T-cell clonotypes and shared neoantigen-specific T cells associated with deeper responses following autologous transplant and personalized vaccination, providing insights that may not be apparent from bulk immune profiling. This interview took place at the 23rd International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting in Glasgow, UK.
