Discovering novel driver events that result in multiple myeloma is beneficial for researchers and whilst there has been debate over the origins of the disease, recent findings have concluded that multiple myeloma begins in the germinal center. This interview took place at the 20th International Myeloma Society (IMS) Annual Meeting, held in Athens, Greece.
