EHA 2023 | MajesTEC-4 & MagnetisMM-7: BsAb maintenance in NDMM with teclistamab & elranatamab
Carlyn Tan, MD, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York City, NY, comments on two Phase III trials investigating the use of bispecific antibodies as maintenance therapy for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM). MajesTEC-4 (NCT05243797) is currently investigating the use of teclistamab and lenalidomide vs lenalidomide alone, whilst MagnestisMM-7 (NCT05317416) is exploring elranatamab monotherapy versus lenalidomide.
