STAT3 inhibition in MDS and AML

Aditi Shastri, MD, Montefiore Einstein Comprehensive Cancer Center, Bronx, NY, presents on STAT3 inhibition in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Dr Shastri discusses the role of STAT3 in MDS/AML, a STAT3 degrader that has shown activity in therapy-resistant leukemic cell lines, and the agent danvatirsen, which will be tested clinically in relapsed/refractory MDS/AML. This presentation took place at the 8th International Workshop on Acute Leukemias (iwAL) in Cambridge, MA.
