Claire Horgan, Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester, UK, shares the success of the EBMT in-person trainee day and the ongoing work of The EBMT Trainee Committee. She outlines three sessions that took place on the trainee day, focusing on harmonizing education and research, pediatrics, and graft-versus-host disease (GvHD). Ms Horgan mentions that more needs to be done to support trainees in accessing resources and attending training days.
