Acute Myeloid Leukemia Leukemia CPX-351 Cytarabine Daunorubicin

CPX-351, a combination of cytarabine (ara-C) and daunorubicin within a liposomal delivery system, was approved in August 2017 for two types of secondary acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
