Tycel Phillips, MD, City of Hope, Duarte, CA, discusses methods that are being investigated to overcome CAR-T cell resistance in mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) and more broadly, in non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Some approaches include the development of armored CARs, dual-targeting CARs, and combining CAR-T cells with other agents. This interview took place at the Eleventh Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2023) held in Houston, TX.
