CAR T-cells for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) treatment are promising, with a number of different agents in development. Here, Bijal Shah, MD, of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute, Tampa, FL, discusses the status of the Phase I/II ZUMA-3 trial of KTE-C19 for relapsed/refractory ALL. He also highlights his hopes for the study and the use of approaches such as minimal residual disease (MRD) measurement to guide therapy such as this.
