Academic history
Bijal Shah, MD, MS completed his medical degree at the University of South Florida and completed his residency in internal medicine and pediatrics at Duke University. He obtained a fellowship in hemato-oncology at Moffitt Cancer Center where he currently works as an Associate Member in the Department of Malignant Hematology.
Speaking on non-Hodgkin lymphoma
Dr Shah’s research interest are primarily on non-Hodgkin lymphomas, particularly mantle cell lymphoma and acute lymphoblastic leukemia. He further specializes in adolescent and young adult malignant hematology.
