Giada Bianchi, MD, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses the potential of BCMA-targeted bispecific antibodies in AL amyloidosis, including elranatamab, which is being evaluated in a Phase I/II study (NCT06569147) in patients with at least one prior line of therapy. Dr Bianchi highlights the rapid and deep responses observed with BCMA-directed bispecific antibodies and discusses their potential role in earlier lines of treatment.
