SOHO 2026 | Biomarker-driven selection of BCMA- and GPRC5D-directed therapies in multiple myeloma

Doris Hansen, MD, Moffitt Cancer Center, Tampa, FL, discusses the potential of biomarker-driven target selection to guide the use of BCMA- and GPRC5D-directed therapies in multiple myeloma. Dr Hansen highlights that, while validated biomarkers are not yet available for treatment selection in routine clinical practice, they could ultimately enable more personalized treatment selection and help ensure the right therapies reach the right patients at the right time. This interview took place at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026) in Houston, TX.
