ASCO 2026 | Pooled analysis data from EPCORE NHL-2: epcoritamab plus platinum salvage in R/R DLBCL

Yasmin Karimi, MD, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, presents pooled results from arms 4 and 10 of the EPCORE NHL-2 study (NCT04663347), which investigated the efficacy of epcoritamab plus platinum-based salvage therapy in patients with relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (R/R DLBCL). Dr Karimi highlights favorable overall and complete response rates with the addition of epcoritamab, even in a high-risk patient population, suggesting that this approach may remain relevant in the current era of CAR T-cell therapy. This interview took place during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Meeting in Chicago, IL.
