Binod Dhakal, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI, discusses updated findings from the Phase I CAMMOUFLAGE trial (NCT05722418) evaluating CB-011, an allogeneic anti-BCMA CAR T-cell therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Dr Dhakal highlights the product’s novel immune-cloaking strategy designed to reduce both T-cell and NK-cell–mediated rejection, as well as encouraging efficacy, MRD negativity, durability, and safety data observed in heavily pretreated patients. This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
