Issa Khouri, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, discusses inotuzumab ozogamicin as part of the conditioning regimen for allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) in patients with lymphoid malignancies. Dr Khouri highlights his pioneering study, which demonstrated that the treatment can be administered safely without the risk of veno-occlusive disease.
