EHA 2026 | The hottest updates in MPNs from EHA 2026

In this interview, Prithviraj Bose, MD, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX, provides insight into the most exciting developments in myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) from the 2026 EHA congress. These include the initial findings from the Phase I first-in-human AJX-101 clinical trial (NCT06343805) investigating AJ1-11095 in myelofibrosis (MF), results of the Phase III INDEPENDENCE trial (NCT04717414) evaluating luspatercept in patients with MF and anemia, and the SENTRY trial (NCT04562389) of selinexor and ruxolitinib in JAK inhibitor-naïve patients with MF. Dr Bose also discusses the potential of bezuclastinib in systemic mastocytosis, based on data from the APEX trial (NCT04996875). This interview took place at the 31st Congress of the European Hematology Association (EHA) in Stockholm, Sweden.
