In this interview, Jeremy Abramson, MD, of Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, emphasizes the take-home message of what we have learned from the latest CAR T-cell studies. Dr Abramson also discusses the differences in the toxicity profiles of the main CAR T-cell therapies and what may cause this, in addition to the reversibility of the toxicities.
