Jeremy Abramson

Academic History

Jeremy Abramson, MD, is the Director of the Jon and Jo Ann Hagler Center for Lymphoma at the Massachusetts General Hospital Cancer Center, Boston, MA, and an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA. Dr Abramson obtained his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, NY, as well as completing a Masters Degree in Medical Sciences from Harvard Medical School. Following this, he completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, MA, and underwent fellowship training at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA. 

Dr Abramson is a member of the  American Society of Hematology, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians.

Speaking on novel immunotherapies in lymphoma

Dr Abramson focuses his research on investigating the safety and efficacy of novel immunotherapies, specifically CAR T-cell therapy and bispecific antibodies, for the treatment of Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. He has been involved in the design and conduct of numerous clinical trials, and is also interested in the identification of new targets for therapy in lymphoid malignancies.
