Ahsan Ayaz, MD, Montefiore St. Luke’s Cornwall, Newburgh, NY, presents the findings of a retrospective cohort study which explored cardiovascular (CV) mortality in US adults diagnosed with leukemia in order to determine patient groups who are at highest risk of death and may therefore require targeted cardio-oncological strategies. This interview took place at the 65th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition, held in San Diego, CA.
