Christina Peters, MD, St. Anna Children’s Hospital, Vienna, Austria, provides an update on the FORUM trial (NCT01949129), exploring total body irradiation (TBI) prior to allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) in children and adolescents with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The forthcoming F2 trial will examine a reduced TBI dose and will extend to patients with graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), with potential adult inclusion. This update was shared during the 50th Annual Meeting of the EBMT in Glasgow, Scotland.
