COMy 2022 | An insight into familial myeloma

Meral Beksac, MD, PhD, Ankara University, Ankara, Turkey, briefly discusses familial myeloma and two recent abstracts that were presented at the last meeting of the International Myeloma Society (IMS). Prof. Beksac shares some insights into the occurrence of familial myeloma and emerging data in this field, as well as another abstract investigating natural killer (NK) cell haplotypes and the expansion of this research. This interview took place at the 8th World Congress on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy) 2022, held in Paris, France.
