Pieter Sonneveld, MD, PhD, Erasmus Medical Center Cancer Institute, Rotterdam, Netherlands, discusses the joint EHA-IMS Joint Symposium held at this year’s IMS meeting. This symposium aimed to share myeloma expertise with a wider audience, and additionally, two experts were invited to speak about the biological aspects of hematological malignancies. This interview took place at the 19th International Myeloma Society Meeting (IMS) held in Los Angeles, CA.
