Paola Neri, MD, PhD, University of Calgary, Calgary, AB, Canada, briefly discusses how resistance to immunotherapies in myeloma can be caused by a loss of target and T-cell exhaustion. Dr Neri also highlights the importance of healthy memory cells and their role in patient response to therapy. This interview took place at the 8th World Congress on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy) 2022, held in Paris, France.
