However, it is very important that there is a significant correlation of the bone marrow findings and the peripheral blood findings. In addition, with the use of NGS, we were able to find additional genetic lesions that we were not, for example, in place to evaluate with the use of FISH in the bone marrow. I think that we are not very far from the implementation of peripheral blood-based methods to evaluate the genetics of the disease, which overcomes the issues of spatial heterogeneity. And I think maybe in the next five years, we will be in place to have approved methods to evaluate the patients.
