ASH 2022 | The impact of MRD status by Clonoseq® in patients with MCL, DLBCL & FL treated with CAR-T therapy

Nirav Shah, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, WI, outlines the results of a study evaluating the predictive value of measurable residual disease (MRD) status measured with the clonoSEQ® assay in patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), follicular lymphoma (FL), and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Overall, the study found that MRD negativity was a predictor of good clinical response only in MCL, suggesting that better assays are needed in FL and DLBCL. This interview took place at the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition congress in New Orleans, LA.
