TCT 2021 | Clinical outcomes of cryopreserved graft recipients following allo-HCT

Andriyana K. Bankova, MD, Stanford University School of Medicine, Stanford, CA, discusses the single-center clinical outcomes in recipients of cryopreserved grafts following reduced-intensity conditioning allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (allo-HCT). The findings from this study suggest that the use of cryopreserved allogeneic donor apheresis products results in inferior overall survival and a difference in graft composition between the two approaches. This interview took place during the Transplantation & Cellular Therapy (TCT) 2021 Meetings.
