Nelson Leung, MD, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MN, discusses how lenalidomide and carfilzomib are associated with renal toxicity when used in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Dr Leung also reports on the results of a recent review which found no evidence that bortezomib causes any significant renal toxicity.
