The 17th International Myeloma Workshop (IMW) is taking place in September, and Kenneth Anderson, MD, of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, is co-chairing the event that is set to cover all aspects of multiple myeloma research; from principle science and translational medicine to clinical trials. The four-day conference is also set to include many social activities, which Prof. Anderson hopes will foster fresh ideas and collaborations. This interview took place at the Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy) 2019 World Congress in Paris, France.
