Meletios Dimopoulos, MD, Kapodistrian University of Athens School of Medicine, Athens, Greece, discusses the Phase II/III SUCCESSOR-2 (NCT05552976) results evaluating mezigdomide in combination with carfilzomib and dexamethasone (MeziKd) in heavily pretreated relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. He highlights a doubling of progression-free survival (PFS) compared with carfilzomib and dexamethasone, supporting the potential of this outpatient regimen in relapsed disease.
