Marios Koumourtzis, MD, University of Athens Medical School, Andreas Syggros Hospital, Athens, Greece, discusses the use of chlormethine gel in the treatment of mycosis fungoides, a form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Dr Koumourtzis describes how chlormethine gel is used in the first-line setting, as a maintenance therapy, or in combination with systemic agents in later-stage settings.
