ASH 2022 | Initial results with the use of MS-553 in patients with CLL/SLL

James Blachly, MD, The Ohio State University, Columbus, OH, briefly discusses results from a study which is investigating the efficacy of MS-553, a protein kinase C (PKC) β inhibitor, in patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) (NCT03492125). Overall, early results indicate an encouraging response rate with MS-553 among this heavily pre-treated patient population. This interview took place at the 64th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition congress held in New Orleans, LA.
