Ruben Mesa, MD, UT Health San Antonio MD Anderson Cancer Center, San Antonio, TX, shares some insights into treatment approaches in early myelofibrosis (MF) and the importance of early intervention in this disease. Dr Mesa also highlights factors to consider when making treatment decisions in early MF and gives his opinion on where the field is moving.
