Dr Roddie’s main research interest is cellular therapies, primarily chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. Dr Roddie’s recent involvements include publications on the clinical outcomes and risk factors for COVID-19 in patients with hematological disorders and she is currently leading the Phase I CAROUSEL trial (NCT04443829) on CD19-targeting CAR T-cells for relapsed/refractory primary CNS lymphoma.
