Andrew Lane, MD, PhD, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, presents updates on targeting PI3 kinase gamma in myeloid malignancies. Dr Lane discusses the potential of PI3 gamma inhibition as a single agent in myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML), as well as in combination with chemotherapy, hypomethylating agents, or venetoclax. This presentation took place at the 8th International Workshop on Acute Leukemias (iwAL) in Cambridge, MA.
