Enrique Ocio, MD, PhD, Marquis of Valdecilla University Hospital, Santander, Spain, discusses strategies for expanding access to bispecific antibodies in community and non-academic centers for patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma. He highlights the importance of referral to experienced centers for initial treatment, followed by transfer to local centers as experience grows, alongside education on adverse event management and prophylactic measures.
