Sagar Lonial, MD, Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, Atlanta, GA, discusses efficacy and safety findings from the Phase III EXCALIBER-RRMM study (NCT04975997) evaluating iberdomide plus daratumumab versus daratumumab and bortezomib in relapsed/refractory (R/R) multiple myeloma. He highlights a higher one-year measurable residual disease (MRD) negativity rate with iberdomide, alongside manageable neutropenia and lower rates of other IMiD-related toxicities.
