Dr Salles highlights the importance of swiftly moving to second-line approaches, such as CAR T-cell therapy upon failure of first-line regimens, and notes that bispecific antibodies offer efficient treatment options, particularly in combination with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (GemOx).
