Elise Chong, MD, Abramson Cancer Center at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, discusses the first real-world CIBMTR dataset evaluating lisocabtagene maraleucel (liso-cel), a CD19-directed CAR T-cell therapy, in relapsed/refractory (R/R) mantle cell lymphoma. Dr Chong highlights high response rates and encouraging durability, with outcomes consistent with those reported in the pivotal TRANSCEND-NHL-001 MCL cohort (NCT02631044).
