SOHO 2026 | Outcomes from a MAIC comparing epcoritamab-R-squared with tafasitamab-R-squared in R/R FL

Kim Linton, MBChB, MRCP, PhD, FRCP, University of Manchester and The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, Manchester, UK, presents results of an anchored matching-adjusted indirect treatment comparison (MAIC) which found epcoritamab plus lenalidomide and rituximab (R-squared) to outperform tafasitamab-R-squared across efficacy outcomes in relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (R/R FL). Dr Linton notes that epcoritamab-R-squared is associated with more adverse events, making it a suitable option for patients with higher-risk disease. This interview took place at the 14th Annual Meeting of the Society of Hematologic Oncology (SOHO 2026) in Houston, TX.
